Why we built PhronexusAI

I'm Eduard Pepushaj, based in Tirana, Albania.

For the past two years, I ran my own print-on-demand e-commerce store. Along the way, I built and automated much of the process myself — AI-generated designs for print, automatic product creation directly from the supplier, and automatic listing to the store, needing only my own quick approval by email if a design looked right. That hands-on experience with AI automation, API integrations, and connecting external services together is where my technical background comes from — I studied software development formally, and this project let me apply it end-to-end, from idea to running system.

Running that store taught me something else, too: marketing was consistently the hardest, most expensive part of growing a small business. I kept thinking that it would be so much easier if businesses actually helped each other — a reciprocal relationship where you get exposure in proportion to what you give, instead of every business competing alone for the same paid ad space.

Around the same time, I kept running into the same frustration every small SaaS founder knows: platforms like Facebook and TikTok Ads require a long, costly "learning phase" before they even tell you whether your audience converts — often burning through hundreds of dollars a day with no guarantee of results, and no answer until weeks in.

Combining both of these — the belief that businesses grow faster by helping each other, and the frustration with how slow and expensive it is to find out if an audience even converts — is what led me to start PhronexusAI three months ago. The idea: use AI to match complementary businesses instantly, so you know from day one whether an audience is worth reaching — removing competitors from the equation entirely, and maximizing conversion potential for everyone involved, without ever touching sensitive customer data or compromising the security of anyone's platform.

That's the platform I'm building — one exposure exchange at a time.
