PhronexusAI is a trading name operated by Eduard Pepushaj, an individual sole proprietor. References to "PhronexusAI" or "we" throughout this policy refer to Eduard Pepushaj operating under this trading name.
This policy explains how PhronexusAI ("we") collects, uses, and protects data when you use our service. By using PhronexusAI, you accept the practices described here.
We collect the information you provide directly during registration (business name, email, website, description), as well as technical data generated by the use of our snippet: impressions, verified views, clicks, conversions, and the URL of the page where the snippet is installed. We do not collect personal data about visitors to your website beyond what is needed to measure impressions, clicks, and conversions.
Data is used to provide the service: matching your business with complementary SaaS companies, distributing promotions (through our Auction and Balance mechanisms), and the statistics we show you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
If you invite team members to your account, we collect their email address and, once they accept, the name and password they provide. Team members can see and act on business data according to the role and permissions the account owner assigns them. The account owner can change a team member's role, suspend their access, or remove them at any time, and is responsible for who they invite.

The snippet and application use essential technical cookies required for operation (e.g. login sessions). These are necessary for the service itself and are not used to track advertising outside the PhronexusAI network.
Data is stored on secure servers (Railway/PostgreSQL). Auction events and statistics are retained on a rolling basis for scoring purposes; consolidated data may be kept longer for account history. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
Some of the third-party services we rely on are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on those providers' own compliance mechanisms (such as standard contractual clauses) to ensure an adequate level of protection.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data, and to object to its processing. To do so, contact us via our Contact page. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.
PhronexusAI is intended for businesses and is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age.
