PhronexusAI is a trading name operated by Eduard Pepushaj, an individual sole proprietor. References to "PhronexusAI," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Eduard Pepushaj operating under this trading name.
By using PhronexusAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
PhronexusAI is a cross-promotion network for SaaS businesses. Each participating business installs a small snippet on their own website; in exchange, that space is used to display promotions from other participating businesses, and their own promotions are shown on other participants' properties in return.
Separately, and entirely optionally, businesses may choose to allow PhronexusAI to also display its own promotional content within their allocated ad space, alongside promotions from other participating businesses. This is a distinct, opt-in choice made at signup and does not affect access to the core service if declined.
PhronexusAI offers two distribution mechanisms, either or both of which a business may use for a given ad space: Auction, where placement is determined by a weighted-random selection reflecting relevance and reciprocity, and Balance, where placement is determined by evening out how much exposure a business has given versus received. A business may choose either mode manually, or allow the platform to allocate space automatically between the two based on its own settings.
Businesses may also restrict which categories of other businesses they are willing to exchange exposure with, using the category-restriction controls available in their account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your password. Any promotional content you upload must be lawful and either owned by you or properly licensed for your use.
An account owner may invite additional people ("team members") to access and act on behalf of their business account, and may assign each team member a role that determines what they are permitted to do within the account. Actions taken by a team member are treated, for all purposes under these Terms, as actions of the account owner's business. The account owner is responsible for the conduct of any team member they invite, and may suspend or remove a team member's access at any time. Team members do not have their own separate business relationship with PhronexusAI distinct from the account they were invited into.
Content that is unlawful, deceptive, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any promotion that violates these Terms, and to suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.
We offer a free plan and a paid plan with additional features. Pricing and plan details may change from time to time; where changes affect a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Payment processing for paid plans is handled by a third-party payment provider, and use of a paid plan is also subject to that provider's applicable terms.
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any particular amount of traffic, impressions, or conversions resulting from use of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods already used, except where required by law or where our payment processor's own policies provide otherwise. Refund requests are handled by our payment processor as part of its role as merchant of record, in accordance with its own refund policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You may close your own account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
